3. any number raised to the 0 = 1

6. (b^x) ^y = b^xy

7. nth root of a = a^1/n

8. nth root of a^y = a^y/n

9. x^-n = 1/x^n

10. a * b^x = cant simplify

11. (-a)^2 = positive number

12. -a^2 = negative number
